Your Brand New Car /// Perfected & Protected

Flawless Finish
New Car Detail

Why a New Car Still Needs Detailing

Many assume a brand-new car should be flawless, but that’s rarely the case. Paint defects, fine scratches, and poor dealership preparation are common. Without proper protection, your car’s finish is left vulnerable to UV damage, swirl marks, and environmental contaminants from day one.

Over a 3 day booking, I take the time to get things right – giving your car the finish it should have left the factory with and protecting it properly using industry leading protection with fanatical attention to detail.

It is advised to ask the supplying Dealership not to touch the car prior to collection. No wash. No polish… This way, we reduce the need for costly paint correction services where fine scratches and swirls from bad contact could have easily been induced in the preparation stages.

The Problems We Solve

Even luxury cars can suffer from:

  • Fine scratches & swirl marks from poor dealership washing
  • Paint marring, sanding marks and factory buffer trails
  • Bird lime etching, metallic fallout and lacquer defects
  • Poorly applied "dealer protection" that doesn't last

You’d expect a new car to be delivered and presented with the utmost of care, boasting flawless paintwork and perfect in every way (with nothing to hide). Unfortunately, this is rarely the case! We’ve seen it all. From resprayed panels on Ford’s, to sanding marks and machine buffertrails on Ferrari’s.

FAQs

New Car Detail FAQs

+

-

My car is brand new. Why does it need detailing?

Even brand-new cars often have paint defects from the factory, transport, or dealership preparation. Fine scratches, swirl marks, and sanding imperfections are common. Our New Car Detail corrects these flaws and adds long-lasting protection from day one.

+

-

What’s wrong with dealership-applied paint protection?

Most dealership coatings are applied without proper surface preparation, meaning they don’t bond correctly and fail prematurely. They are often rushed, using generic products applied by undertrained staff. Our high-performance coatings last 18-24 months, providing real protection and a flawless finish.

+

-

How long does the New Car Detail process take?

Unlike quick dealer applications, our New Car Detail takes 1-2 days to ensure every step is performed with precision. This allows time for thorough decontamination, machine polishing, and professional coating application.

+

-

Should I ask my dealer NOT to wash my car before collection?

Yes! Many dealerships cause swirl marks and scratches due to improper washing techniques. We recommend requesting a no-wash, no-polish handover to avoid unnecessary damage before we detail and protect your car properly.

+

-

What protection options are available?

We offer synthetic paint sealants, carnauba wax, and advanced ceramic coatings for long-lasting shine and durability. You can also upgrade to our New Car Detail Extras Pack, which includes alloy wheel coating, glass sealant, and interior fabric/leather protection.

+

-

Will the detail change the look of my car?

Our process enhances your car’s gloss, depth, and clarity without altering its original paint colour. If your car has a matte finish, we use specific coatings designed to maintain its natural look while adding protection.

+

-

How do I maintain my car after the detail?

We provide aftercare guidance to help you keep your car looking pristine. Avoid automatic car washes and use safe hand-washing techniques with pH-neutral products to extend the life of your protection.
